Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the estate's buildings, grounds, and infrastructure
Manage the budget for estate maintenance and make recommendations for improvements
Supervise staff, including messengers, maintenance workers, and security personnel
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for work on the estate
Manage the inventory of equipment and supplies needed for estate maintenance
Communicate regularly with the estate manager to keep them informed of estate operations and any issues that arise

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant property management experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property maintenance, tenant relations, and budget management. Able to supervise maintenance and operations for multiple properties.
Working Conditions: Office and on-site property management environment, may require occasional after-hours work.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual with problem-solving abilities.
