1. Lead, Manage, and Make People Accountable (LMA):

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for property management to achieve organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and hold team members accountable for responsibilities and outcomes.

2. Customer Service Delivery:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners, responding promptly to inquiries, complaints, and emergencies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, including property inspections and maintenance activities.
  • Gather feedback from tenants and owners, analyze service delivery processes, and implement improvements.

3. Remarkable Customer Experience (RCX):

  • Build positive tenant relationships by organizing community events and activities that enhance the living or working environment.
  • Implement initiatives to maintain properties in a well-kept and aesthetically pleasing condition.
  • Collect and analyze tenant feedback to identify areas for improvement and execute action plans.

4. Reporting:

  • Prepare and present reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, investors, and senior management through detailed reporting.

5. Fund Management:

  • Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenditures, and oversee rent collection and financial transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Identify opportunities to increase property income and reduce expenses, recommending capital improvements and investments.

6. Policy Making:

  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Review and update policies regularly for relevance and effectiveness, engaging stakeholders in the process.
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of policies across all properties, providing training and guidance to staff.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of property management experience required.
  • Experience managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Strong understanding of local and national property management laws, including landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost analysis for property operations.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and construction principles to address property-related issues.
  • Strong grasp of customer service strategies to maintain tenant satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with property management software, financial tools, and communication platforms.
