Descrição:

Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for various departments and accounts
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain strong pipelines for volume and niche roles across operations and support functions
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs
Use data and analytics to monitor hiring performance and recommend improvements
Enhance employer branding efforts through social media, career fairs, and other initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy standards
Build partnerships with schools, job boards, agencies, and internal referral programs
Conduct recruitment training and ensure consistency in candidate experience
Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and reports to senior leadership

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong background in high-volume hiring, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry
Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance practices
