The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment to meet staffing targets within a fast-paced call center environment. This includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles such as customer service and outbound sales agents, et.al., , while ensuring alignment with client requirements and company culture. The role requires strong communication skills, effective use of sourcing tools and ATS, and the ability to deliver quality hires under tight deadlines in a competitive talent market.


The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the workforce needs of the organization. This role ensures that recruitment efforts align with company goals, timelines, and employer branding strategies.
