Descrição:
- Visit assigned supermarkets, convenience stores, and partner outlets to monitor product displays and ensure stock availability.
- Maintain freezer cleanliness, temperature control, and proper product rotation (FIFO)
- Replenish products and ensure planogram compliance and optimal shelf positioning.
- Coordinate with store personnel to implement in-store promotions and merchandising materials.
- Provide feedback on stock levels, competitor activity, and customer concerns.
- Report issues related to product quality, out-of-stocks, or display problems to the supervisor or sales team.
- Take photos of display compliance and promotional execution for reporting purposes.
- Ensure that Aice brnading materials are complete, clean and visible at all times.
- Assist in deploying new product placements and seasonal campaigns.
Requisito
- High School graduate; Vocational course, Senior High graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, experience in FMCG or retail.
- Familiarity with grocery or convenience store operations.
- Physically fit and willing to travel daily to multiple store locations
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferably owns a ,motorcycle or has access to daily transport (depending on route assignment).
