Descrição:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new sales opportunities and target markets
- Present products and services to potential customers
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations
- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requisito
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non-voice) in B2B Sales or Saas environment and customer care operation with no less than 1 year of tenure in any employer in the past 2 years.
- Demonstrated experience in driving customer and client satisfaction
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of solid experience in B2B Sales, Saas
- Customer Success Experience in handling SaaS systems
- Experience in selling SaaS systems and customer management
