Descrição:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate products, services, or campaigns.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work toward achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant products to maximize account potential.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver on client expectations.
- Monitor the implementation of agreed deliverables and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates to clients on performance metrics and campaign results.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on client status, sales forecasts, and account performance
- Track contract renewals, client feedback, and potential risks to the account.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
