Descrição:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
  • Train and mentor new sales team members.


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years in sales management or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in marketing, sales, project management, and business development.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop sales strategies, lead a sales team, manage client relationships, and oversee project timelines.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, proactive thinker, and customer-oriented approach.
