Descrição:

  • Processing and recording accurate and detailed customer data.
  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Gathering customer requests and requirements.
  • Acknowledging customer queries and complaints and resolving the same.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relations.
  • Assisting in generating potential leads and prospect clients
  • Coordinating with internal and external team members.

Requisito

  • College graduate of any 4 years course.
  • Proven work experience in the Sales industry as a Seller or a similar role (preferably in Food Service)
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Willingness to work in a competitive environment
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • With valid driver's license and knows how to ride a motorcycle
