We are seeking experienced and motivated salesmen to join our team as Regional Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional sales by recruiting new team members and expanding business relationships with merchants and companies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients, including merchants and companies.
• Achieve sales targets by visiting clients and building new business opportunities within your assigned region.
• Support and train newly recruited salespeople in their respective regions.
• Expand market reach and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

• College degree or proof of completed college education (required).
• A motorcycle and valid driver's license are mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in business-to-business (B2B) environments.
• Proven ability to establish and grow customer relationships with businesses and merchants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Being well-connected with e-commerce sellers is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Salary range of ₱20,000 - ₱50,000 per month, depending on experience, sales performance, and the ability to expand customer networks.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM work schedule.
