Descrição:

  • Greet and assist patients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Schedule and confirm medical appointments.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
  • Collect and update patient demographic and billing information.
  • Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate care.

Requisito

  • High school diploma, College Grad/ Undergrad
  • Atleast 6 months BPO international voice account experience
