Position: Spanish Speaking Customer Support 

Company Industry: IT-BPO Company

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: Php 50,000 gross - Php 60,000 gross

Work Schedule: Shifting/Nightshift

Work set-up: Work Onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English
  • Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding with Electric vehicles (EVs) or automotive inquiry
  • Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks needed

Requisito

  • Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish (Conversational Level)
  • Any Foreign National who can speak Spanish with a permanent visa here in the Philippines
  • Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
  • Open to High School, College graduate, undergraduate, or vocational courses
  • With at least 1 year and above Customer Service experience
  • Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
