Primary Responsibilities:

Conducts inspections on all in-house works and projects and ensure workmanship as performed by Staff -
Reports unsafe practice, procedures, and policies in terms of Facility Maintenance to the superior and recommends corrective measures -
Provide engineering technical support to requesting end users - Handles/Directs in-house construction project processes, as required
- Coordinates with end-users regarding specification and other requirements related to the construct of new offices or facilities, as required
- Prepares working drawing and estimates based on specification and requirements on a per project basis.
- Performs evaluation and planning, checks on quality, and audits on work done either in-house or farmed-out project implementation
- Prepares payment processing of completed construction projects and 3rd party billings relative to Facilities Management
- Undertakes assignments or other duties as the Consultant – Admin and Facilities Management may assign.
- Assists the Manager – Facilities and Engineering to develop strategic plan as well as procedures and maintenance programs for Facilities Management team
Qualifications:

Must be a college graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering. - A professional license (Licensed Civil Engineer) is an advantage
- Background in facilities management and construction
- Knowledge in AutoCad for plans preparation
- Experience managing construction projects

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
