Descrição:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues effectively and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Document interactions and feedback in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years in college
- Experience Level: 2 years international bpo experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong compliance knowledge, and an eagerness to assist customers.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; requires flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathetic nature, and problem-solving abilities.
