Descrição:
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets and user-reported issues via email, phone, or in person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Provide support for software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and common enterprise tools
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical staff as necessary
Requisito
- Graduated with a BS in Information Technology
- With at least 1 year of working-related experience in IT
- Willing to be assigned in Taguig
- Can start ASAP
