Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Assistant at Happy Skin. The role will be responsible in assisting the Training Manager in conducting training programs and developing materials for our Beauty Advisors. This includes curating instructional design content, providing customer service training, and ensuring the effective delivery of training programs.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexibility to travel and work remotely
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
