The Client

A Financial Services company founded in 1988, it specializes in business and investment structures, offering services like company registrations, trusts, and SMSFs through a tech-driven platform with legal oversight. Their solutions help accountants, lawyers, and advisors manage risk, boost revenue, and build stronger client relationships.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop features in and around Salesforce deployment for both internal tooling and client impacting features surrounding our main product (legal structure and document creation)
Make Quality of Life improvements to existing feature development in Salesforce.
Update existing code to accommodate Salesforce or plugin updates and changes to continue support of existing development work
Maintain and support the configuration and tooling (plugins etc.) around the use of Salesforce for the internal teams (Legal Services, Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Senior Management)
Keep current with the latest legislation and applications and how these can be applied within the business
From time to time undertake other projects and duties as instructed by the CTO
Ensure all business policies and procedures are adhered to.

Skills & Experience

Knowledge and commercial experience with development and maintenance of custom Salesforce UI modules
Knowledge and commercial experience with development and maintenance of Salesforce triggers when integrating with other platforms
Experience supporting and maintaining salesforce configuration for a commercial business.
Good written and oral communication skills
Ideally candidate is experienced in the industry with at least 1 year experience
Engaged with the software development industry and modern practices
Pride in producing good, efficient, fit for purpose solution design
Prizes good, efficient, reusable and secure code

Schedule

Must be willing to work Monday to Friday 6am-3pm Manila Time

Homebased; Must have reliable internet connection, equipment is provided.
