Salesforce Support Developer

CloudMarc is a global consultancy delivering high-quality solutions in engineering, automation, and platform support. We’re currently seeking a Salesforce Support Developer to join our nearshore team in the Philippines and support one of our key Australian clients. This is a support-focused role, not tied to project delivery cycles — perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking strategically, and consistently adding value.

The Opportunity

• Join a growing managed support function with a stable, long-term view.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve enhancement requests, and provide advisory-level input.
• Deliver smart, scalable Salesforce solutions — configuration, development, and issue prevention.
• Collaborate closely with delivery leads and experienced consultants.
• Become a trusted advisor to the client, not just a coder.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally in a support or service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
• Strategic problem solver with initiative and curiosity.
• Comfortable working across both development and configuration.
• Confident navigating and supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio (OmniScript).

Tech Skills & Experience

Must Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II is a plus)
• Certifications like App Builder, Administrator, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud highly regarded
• Strong in: Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Triggers
• Experience with CI/CD tools: SFDX, Change Sets, Workbench, and DevOps platforms
• Security configuration: roles, profiles, permission sets
• Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and enhancement estimation

Nice to Have:

• Marketing Cloud exposure
• Integration experience with APIs, middleware, web services
• JavaScript framework familiarity (React, AngularJS)
• Agile/Scrum delivery environment experience
