We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation and client engagement through appointment setting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, connecting with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic prospecting with excellent communication skills to foster business opportunities. 

Requisito

Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
  • Leveraging personal networks.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure alignment with the company’s target audience.


Client Outreach and Engagement

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and other communication platforms.
  • Develop customized pitches and proposals to capture the attention of potential clients.


Appointment Setting

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers to introduce products or services.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between prospects and the sales team by managing calendars and tracking appointments.


Database Management

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and opportunities.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts.


Market and Industry Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine lead-generation strategies.


Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to improve communication materials, such as email templates and presentations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


Experience

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Demonstrated ability to set appointments and achieve performance targets.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead-generation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
