- Source and secure high-quality subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare tender and contract documentation, including the collection and verification of document completeness.
- Provide support for various ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing samples, etc.
- Update supplier and sub's latest costing.
- Source supplies and quotations for tendering purposes.
- Evaluate price comparisons and prepare costing summaries.
- Taking off quantities for tender.
- Assist in tender documentation and cost tabulation.
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Calculate material quantities and costs, labor costs, and develop achievable project timelines.
- Track and manage inventory, ordering materials as needed.
- Document any design changes and update budgets accordingly.
- Travel from the office to various project sites as required.
*Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, speaking and writing) is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
