  • Maintain and optimize client relationships to drive service renewal and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—project management, technical experts, labs to coordinate smooth service delivery.
  • Negotiate service agreements within delegated authority and escalate to senior management when necessary.
  • Use Salesforce CRM or similar tools to manage client interactions and ensure a unified view of each account.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in testing, inspection, certification, technical services, or similar B2B environments.
