Descrição:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for team members.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and training.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong time management and scheduling abilities, excellent written communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and possess strong organizational skills.
