Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service.

  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Work-from-home after a 2-week onsite training period.
