Job Requirements
- With atleast 1 to 3 years of experience in Inbound calls
- Bachelors degree graduate
- Ability to work on night shifts ( 9:00 pm - 9:00 am)
- Ability to work on 12 hours shift or 6 hours shift
- Remote
- Need to have laptop, phone, Wi-Fi for working (we can provide a monthly stipend)
- 2 days off
- Can handle inquiries from E-bike partners.
Responsibilities
- Return and resolve all missed calls before the end of the day.
- Emergency incidents (power outages, poor network connection) must be reported and handled promptly.
