  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Assist in performance review processes
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR roles or internships.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player with a passion for HR.
