Accounting and Finance

• Assist in follow-up and queries regarding billings of suppliers through e-mail or telephone calls

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Assist with SAP B1 report modules

• Extract SAP B1 reports

• Reconcile and trace ending balances (Tagetik ending balance vs SAP B1 management report)

• Reconcile and trace balances related to payments and disbursements

Administrative Function

• Assist in the preparation of documents required for business permits and licenses

• Process renewals and new applications of business licenses for respective stores in cities and provinces

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Process BIR accreditation for the BIR Computerized Accounting System

IT Function

• Process IT equipment procurement requests and source IT suppliers for computer peripherals

• Troubleshoot simple IT problems related to hardware and internet

• Assist HQ-IT in troubleshooting system issues

• Set up and install software and programs on newly acquired computers and printers

• Handle server data file backups

• Maintain and install LAN cables for computers in the office and warehouse

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
