Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing general tech support to staff. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their IT skills and contribute to a smooth-running IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of new computer systems and software.

• Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

• Monitor and ensure the security of the company’s network and systems.

• Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems, databases, and software applications.

• Perform regular system backups and data recovery tasks.

• Collaborate with senior IT staff on ongoing projects and system improvements.

• Provide basic training to staff on new software or tools.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT/ Computer Science course.

• Good English and Filipino Communication skills

• Preferrably with previous relevant experience
